Architectural and interior design for a 1200 s.f. mid-century home. Without disturbing the original footprint we reconfigured interior walls to add an en suite bath to the primary bedroom, remodeled the kitchen to remove visual barriers to the yard, and renovated the entire hall bath. Scope included new windows, doors and flooring, custom casework, new appliances, fixtures and finishes, an electric vehicle charging dock and a new roof with solar.
